It is important to keep your circle informed of your progress. A message with a chart like this at the end of each week is very helpful.

PROJECTS PROGRESS REPORT

Survey from AK--My students are working on this, expect results in 2-3 weeks.
Project Care/HI--We plan to participate the first week of April but we need more info.
Interviews/NH--We sent you a file last week. Let us know if you want any more.
PuzzleMania/CAN--We will participate, but it will be awhile before we get started.
I will introduce this topic after the reading marathon at our school.
Counting/TX--What a great job you did describing your project, we should all
have game name such a sense of humor. My students are enjoying this.
Germany--We are waiting for your survey.
